FRESHHH is an international online student competition, where students in teams have to build up a new oil corporation from the beginning and make decisions on research and development projects to find rich reservoirs, build refinery for different products and find the best product portfolio to gain profit.
The best 5 teams of the FRESHHH competition get the opportunity to join the MOL Group GROWWW graduate program.
FRESHHH COMPETITION CONSISTS THREE ROUNDS
- On-line Qualification Round - technology-focused logic and precision in calculation
- 3D Strategy simulation - for TOP 40 teams: strategy simulation on gas station network where aim is to make profit by expanding, investment and network portfolio
- Live Final - organized for TOP 5 teams in Budapest, Hungary
WHO WE ARE WAITING FOR TO APPLY
- University, college and PhD students currently enrolled in a university or college education
- The tasks are focused on the oil and gas industry therefore it is advised to have practicality oriented members in the team.
